Special Instructions/Information: City of Ogdensburg Site.

When passing by the pumphouse you must take a left and go over the Spring Street Bridge and watch for the trail to the left.  There are mentions of the trail looping back, but the webmaster can not find any way to do this without walking on regular city streets.
