Info: Right in Watertown, Newell Street/Arch Street at one end and Mill Street at the other. Not far from the Square and across from J.B. Wise Parking Lot (stair access). Very short paved walkway, but wide. Black River Adventurer’s Shop at the Mill Street end, Guilfoyle Ambulance at the other.
Directions/Location: 235 Black River Parkway.
Parking is on both ends of the trails on Newell Street (or in the J.B. Wise Parking lot – there is a place to cross Black River Parkway and stairs to get to the trail).
At the south-east end parking is along Newell Street – which is right off Mill Street near the Square and near the Black River Adventure Shop and the rafting company ARO Adventures.
At the other end (still Newell Street) parking is near Guilfoyle Ambulance, the parking area is right across from Arch Street (off from Court St) or from the Black River Parkway by turning on Whitewater Way and then taking a right onto Newell Street.
